The excellent teamwork between yourself, Don and Robert was most impressive, and I found your systematic and organised approach to the work most reassuring. Also, the time and extra effort that was put into not only discussing problems, but exploring every possibility of solving them, was greatly appreciated.
It was most refreshing to have such a helpful and friendly team carrying out the work, and most of all having a completed job that was absolutely neat, strong, and thorough
